Flocculation is an essential stage in the treatment of sludge coming from urban or industrial wastewater treatment plants. This pre-separation liquid-solid is obtained primarily thanks to the use of organic polymers.

MANUAL POLYMER PREPARATION PLANT

The manual polymer preparation plant consists of a closed tank in HDPE with a capacity of 1000 to 2000 liters, a central mixer, a sensor level, a dilution panel and a dosing pump for the preparation of polymer.

AUTOMATIC POLYMER PREPARATION PLANT

The automatic polymper preparation plant consists of a stainless steel tank divided into three compartments communicating by siphoid partitions, of an automatic powder feeder equipped with one screw and one hopper, of a polymer dosing pump, of one or several dosing pumps for the final solution and of a dilution panel..

LIQUID POLYMER PREPARATION PLANT TYPE POLYBLEND

This system is compact and simple. It is based on a of very effective technology of polymeric water mixing which makes it possible to reduce the time of maturation of the solution. The room of maturation is divided into two zones where the energy of mixing is different. Electricity consumption is very low.

MANUAL POLYMER PREPARATION PLANT – TYPE BATCH

The manual polymer preparation plant type “BATCH” consists of two separate compartemnts: one comppartment of preparation, one compartment of maturation/pumping.
When the bottom grade is reached in the compartment of maturation/pumping, the motorized valve (or suction pump) opens up to empty the first compartment of preparation. A new preparation starts with the closing of the solenoid valve (or stoppoing of the pump).
