BCV belt conveyors

In wastewater treatment plants, BCV conveyor belts are used to transport waste from screening equipment and to transport thickened sludge.

The products can be discharged from the end of the conveyor to a feed hopper.
The belt runs on small diameter rollers mounted on both sides of the belt. These rollers are inclined to form a “V” shaped belt section to prevent the products from falling on either side.

The belt tension is adjusted mechanically via a tension roller. The opposite roller drives the belt.
A rubberised cleaning roller is installed on the belt return after the scraper and a rubberised blade scrapes off any remaining mud on the belt.

A simple concept and easy maintenance thanks to an external lubrication system.
